Prepare 15 grams of Pacamara coffee.
Grind with a hand grinder.
Tips :
Typically use Kalita 155 for 1 serving and Kalita 185 for 2 servings.
But currently we use 185 for 1 cup because it helps with flow rate and tuburance.

Round 1: Bloom coffee by water 40 ml. / time 1-30 seconds.
Round 2: Pour the hot water from the center until you get 100 ml of water./ time 31 - 1:30 seconds.
Round 3: Pour the hot water from the center until you get 100 ml of water./ 1:31 - 2:30 seconds.
Finish with 240 ml. of hot water / time approximately 2:30 minutes.
