How to Brew Ethiopia Washed Process with a V60 Dripper

Good  morning, let's unpack the new Ethiopia Washed Process.

Today we choose to use the V60 Dripper. Let's get started.

Brew Recipe:
coffee-water Ratio: 1:15
Ground coffee: 15g
Grind size:: 18 or 19 click on the Comandante machine
Water: 225 ml.
Water Temp: 92 degrees celcius
Total Time: 2:30 minutes.

Slowly pour hot water over the coffee, pouring into 4 Rounds.
Round 1: Bloom coffee by water 40 ml. / time 1 - 30 seconds.
Round 2. Pour the hot water from the center until you get 90 ml. of water / time 31 - 1:20 minutes.
Round 3. Pour l the hot water from the center until you get 95 ml of water / time 1:21 - 2:15 minutes.
4. Finish with 225 ml. of hot water / 2:30 minutes.
5. Slowly pour coffee alternating from 2 containers or stir well. To reduce the temperature just like this, you will have fragrant coffee for this morning.

How to Brew เกสรชมพู ๒๕๖๖ with a V60 Dripper

Today we choose เกสรชมพู ๒๕๖๖ to use the V60 Dripper. Let's drip.

Brew Recipe:
coffee-water Ratio: 1:15.5
Ground coffee: 15g
Grind size:: 18 click on the Comandante machine
Water: 230 ml.
Water Temp: 92 degrees celcius
Total Time: 2:20 minutes.

Slowly pour hot water over the coffee, pouring into 4 Rounds.
Round 1: Bloom coffee by water 40 ml / time 1 - 30 seconds.
Round 2. Pour the hot water from the center until you get 80 ml of water / time 31 - 1:00 minutes.
Round 3. Pour l the hot water from the center until you get 70 ml of water / time 1:01 - 1:45 minutes.
Round 4. Pour  the hot water from the center until you get 40 ml of water / time 1:46 - 2:20 minutes.
5. Finish with 230 ml. of hot water / 2:20 minutes.
6. Slowly pour coffee alternating from 2 containers or stir well. To reduce the temperature just like this, you will have fragrant coffee for this morning.

How to Brew Mexico Double Fermented And Washed Process with a V60 Dripper

Today we choose Mexico Double Fermented And Washed Process to use the V60 Dripper. Let's get started..

Brew Recipe:
coffee-water Ratio: 1:16
Ground coffee: 15g
Grind size:: 20-22 click on the Comandante machine
Water: 240 ml.
Water Temp: 91 degrees celcius
Total Time: 2:30 minutes.

Slowly pour hot water over the coffee, pouring into 4 periods.
1. Bloom coffee by water 50 ml / time 1 - 30 seconds.
2. Swirl the hot water from the center until you get 90 ml of water / time 31 - 1:00 minutes.
3. Swirl the hot water from the center until you get 50 ml of water / time 1:01 - 1:45 minutes.
4. Swirl the hot water from the center until you get 50 ml of water / time 1:46 - 2:30 minutes.
5. Finish with 240 ml. of hot water / 2:20 minutes.
6. Slowly pour coffee alternating from 2 containers or stir well. To reduce the temperature just like this, you will have fragrant coffee for this morning.
